Excited to share with you guys this easy, gluten-free or vegan, delicious cookie. Hope you enjoy them just as much as I do.

- Yield: 12 Servings
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons Light butter (35 cals for two taplespoons)
- 1/2 cup Light brown sugar
- 1/4 Sugar free sweetener
- 1 Large egg or 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1 1/4 cup Almond flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 1/4 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup Semisweet chocolate chips or vegan chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix wet ingredients in medium sized bowl and dry ingredients in another
- Fold in chocolate chips last
- Create 12 small-shaped balls on baking sheet
- Use a fork to flatten cookies to desired shaped
- Bake for 15 minutes
